1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us when you create an account, such as your Discord User ID, username, and email address (if authorized via OAuth). We also collect telemetry data sent by your bots via the Cordia SDK.

2. End-User Data

Cordia strictly stores aggregated metrics (e.g., number of commands used, uptime counts). We DO NOT store raw message content, identifying information of Discord users interacting with your bots, or any sensitive server data unless explicitly enabled and permitted by Discord's Developer Terms.

3. Data Security

Your API Keys and Bot connection details are encrypted at rest. We implement commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against accidental loss and from unauthorized access.

4. Sharing of Data

Cordia does not sell your personal information or your bot's telemetry data to advertisers. We may share anonymous, aggregated statistics publicly (e.g., "Cordia processes 15 Million commands daily").

5. Account Deletion

You may request full deletion of your account and bot history by navigating to your Dashboard Settings and selecting "Delete Account."
