At Cordia, we are committed to providing a transparent infrastructure for the Discord bot community. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect data across our analytics, social, and monetization services.

1. Developer Information

We collect information you provide directly to us when you create an account, such as your Discord User ID, username, avatar, and email address (via OAuth). This is used to manage your bot instances, provide access to the dashboard, and facilitate revenue sharing payments.

2. Bot Telemetry & SDK Data

When you integrate the Cordia SDK, we collect technical telemetry including:

• Command usage counts and event frequencies.
• Bot uptime, heartbeat signals, and shard status.
• Aggregated guild counts and growth metrics.

We strictly do not collect message content, private user data, or PII from your bot's end-users unless explicitly sent as part of a custom tracking event authorized by the developer.

3. Rewarded Ad System & Monetization

For our "Monetization-as-a-Service" feature, we collect specific data to facilitate rewarded ads:

• Verification Data: We track ad completion events to verify that a user has successfully watched an ad before triggering in-bot rewards.
• Device Information: To prevent fraud and ensure ad network compliance, we may collect IP addresses, browser types, and device identifiers when users interact with the Cordia web environment.
• In-Bot Rewards: We store the association between a Discord User ID and a successful ad completion to notify your bot to grant rewards.

4. Data Sharing & Third Parties

Ad Networks: We partner with third-party ad providers (such as Google AdSense and other mediation networks). These partners may use cookies and similar technologies to serve personalized ads.

Revenue Sharing: Payment details provided for revenue sharing are processed by secure third-party payment processors. Cordia does not store full credit card or banking details on our servers.

5. Data Security & Integrity

Your API Keys are the lifeblood of your integration. They are stored using industry-standard encryption. We use server-side verification models to ensure that ad revenue and telemetry data cannot be easily spoofed or manipulated.

6. Your Rights & Account Deletion

You may request full deletion of your account and all associated bot history at any time. For end-users who have interacted with rewarded ads, you may request data deletion by contacting us through our official support channels.
