1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing Cordia or integrating the Cordia SDK, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Cordia provides an infrastructure platform for Discord bot analytics, management, and monetization.

2. Developer Obligations & SDK Use

Developers using the Cordia SDK must:

  • Ensure their bot complies with Discord's Terms of Service and Developer Policy.
  • Maintain the security of their Cordia API Key.
  • Not use Cordia to track sensitive, private, or prohibited user information.
  • Not attempt to spoof, inflate, or manipulate telemetry data.

3. Monetization & Rewarded Ads

Cordia's "Monetization-as-a-Service" allows developers to earn revenue by directing users to a Cordia-hosted rewarded ad environment.

  • Revenue Sharing: Earnings are generated based on valid ad completions. Cordia retains a platform fee to maintain infrastructure, with the remainder shared with the developer.
  • Payouts: Revenue is subject to verification. Payouts are issued according to the schedule and minimum thresholds defined in the Developer Dashboard.
  • Anti-Fraud: Any attempt to use bots, scripts, or coordinated "click farms" to generate fraudulent ad views will result in immediate termination of the account and forfeiture of all pending earnings.
  • Verification: We use server-side signals to verify ad completion. Cordia is the final arbiter of what constitutes a "valid" ad view.

4. User Incentivization

Developers may offer in-bot rewards for ad completion. It is the developer's responsibility to ensure that these rewards do not violate Discord's policies regarding "Premium" features or bot behavior. Cordia provides the verification signal, but the delivery of the reward is the responsibility of the developer's bot.

5. Service Limitations & Liability

Cordia is provided "AS-IS." We do not guarantee specific revenue amounts or 100% uptime of ad networks. Ad availability varies by region and user demographics. Cordia is not liable for fluctuations in ad rates or changes in third-party ad network policies.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to Cordia for any account that violates these terms, attempts to defraud the monetization system, or brings disrepute to the Cordia ecosystem.
